FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if items arrive damaged?
Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for products that arrive in a damaged or broken condition, such as a cookie or brownie fractured in transit. While we meticulously package all items with the utmost care, including the use of bubble bags and packing peanuts to safeguard against such occurrences, we cannot guarantee against every eventuality during the shipping process. However, we assure you that such superficial damage does not compromise the quality or edibility of the product.
  • What Product ingredients do you use?
Our bakery items are made with margarine, plain flour, eggs, caster sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and Belgian chocolate. We also use various flavorings and colorings, and nut ingredients such as almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, coconut, Nutella and peanut butter. Additionally, our products include chocolate spreads in milk, white, cookies and cream, golden caramel, and Biscoff. Unless specified otherwise, all our products are halal and vegetarian.
  • Can I order if I have an allergy?
We recommend that you do not place an order if you have any allergies. Our kitchen handles a variety of allergens, including nuts, gluten, eggs, soy, and dairy, and there is a risk of cross-contamination in all our products.
  • What if I am not satisfied with how the products taste?
Appreciating that taste is inherently subjective, we understand that preferences can vary widely among individuals. Consequently, we do not offer refunds or replacements in instances where a customer is not fully satisfied with the taste of a particular product. We take great pride in crafting our treats with the finest ingredients and expert techniques, but we acknowledge that personal taste preferences can differ significantly.
  • Can items be frozen?
Yes, our baked cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. They can be defrosted at room temperature or warmed up in the microwave.
