At Avacares, we strive to provide the highest quality cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and sweet treats. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and delightful experience with our products.

  1. Collection and Transport Liability

    • We are not liable for any damage to our products once they have been collected from us. This includes any damage incurred during transportation, which is the customer’s responsibility. Many of our products are delicate, so please handle them with care.

  2. Shipping Address Accuracy

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Please double-check your address when placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us before your parcel is dispatched. Incorrect addresses resulting in undelivered parcels will not be eligible for refunds.

  3. Warm Weather Conditions

    • Please note that during warmer months, some products may arrive melted. This is beyond our control, so please consider this when ordering. We do not provide refunds for melted items. All items should be stored in the fridge as soon as they arrive to maintain freshness.

  4. Postal Damage Liability

    • We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during postal delivery. No refunds or replacements will be provided for items damaged in transit.

REFUND POLICY

At Avacares, we take great care in preparing and shipping our cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and sweet treats to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, once an order has been shipped, we do not accept any refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during postal transit, and no refunds will be given for items damaged in shipping. Additionally, please be aware that during warmer months, products may arrive melted, which is beyond our control, and no refunds will be provided for melted items. We strive to meet our estimated delivery dates, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival times and will not offer refunds for delayed deliveries.
